To file a service request, you must provide us with your basic student information (student number, name, email, phone number), as well as a description of your U-Pass issues in full detail. Our staff will evaluate your case, and find a resolution within 72 hours. For more complicated issues, a member of our staff will be in contact to help address the issue in a timely manner.
